The companies active in this sector perform their operations in the defence of creditors, and effectively enforce fight against black economy. By providing international company information members of the organisation substantially support export-import business agreements, and help to make Hungarian companies known in the international market.
Provision of information and factoring was initiated by specialised, usually with an international background, companies in the beginning of the nineties.
MAKISZ was established in 1993 to make the profession acknowledged in Hungary.
Objectives:
Professional representation of the profession, establishing the legal framework for the sector, and to introduce the methodology of factoring into the Hungarian business.
Tasks:
- its most important task is to establish the legal framework of company information provision and factoring,
- to enhance the professional activity of companies providing company and credit information and factoring services,
- to develop the relevant field of law,
- to maintain cooperation and professional understanding among the members,
- to provide information and counselling on a constant basis for its members and clients, to reduce the business risk of actors of the economy, and to protect businesses,
- to settle disputes among members and clients, and to process every professional issue,
- representing the professional interests in public, establish the social acknowledgement of the profession.
Only those businesses may apply for membership in MAKISZ, which comply with the requirements set int he statutes and code of conduct of the alliance, and have long proved its ability in business life to perform its duties legally, successfully and meeting the needs of its clients.
The objective of our website is to provide information on the contact details and operational framework of companies, who as members of the Alliance of the Hungarian Credit Management and Business Information Providers (MAKISZ - Magyar Követeléskezelők és Üzleti Információt Szolgáltatók Szövetségének), in compliance with the statutes and ethical norms of the alliance perform the operations in the field of credit management and company information provision.
